Channel Lead - Thought Leadership

Job Responsibilities

• Own the thought leadership content strategy for Optum Rx across B2B, B2C, and B2Provider audiences, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
• Lead development of high-value content assets such as white papers, webinars, videos, blogs, and executive POV pieces in partnership with creative and subject matter experts.
• Define governance, standards, and best practices for thought leadership content, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Drive innovation in content creation and distribution, leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and personalization.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to integrate thought leadership into broader campaigns and demand-generation programs.
