JOB SUMMARY:
To provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to the Partner Channel Manager in managing channel partners, shop operations, sales activities, and reporting. The role includes overseeing day-to-day shop and in-store staff performance and ensuring sales targets, service standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed. Oversight and management of training is also part of the responsibilities.
