Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Channel Sales:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving distributors in increasing market share of Festo in the assigned market. Support distributors to achieve targets and business objectives.

Your job:

• Drive distribution business as per company requirements
• Work in close co-ordination with distributors to achieve high market share at their customers • Drive specific objectives as per company requirements
• Review distributors performance to ensure required service levels are maintained
• Review distributors on customer and products level performance
• Identify opportunities for customer engagement
• Ensure monthly routines are adhered like MIS reports, Forecast
• Develop and execute distributor training calendar
