• To execute business plan, strategies and promotional activities.
• To manage authorized company's retailers by organizing sales visit within Penang and number of point of sales.
• Meeting retailers in person, pitching products & services and promoting the company's offerings/marketing program face-to-face.
• Responsible for carrying and meeting sales targets in addition to managing the number of point of sales, which means they are tasked with achieving specific sales goals or quotas through their direct interactions with retailers.
• Persuasively promoting the company's products/offerings to meet or exceed the set sales targets.
• Maintains relationships with retailers by providing support, information, and guidance for company's products.
• Territory management - POS expansion all Regions.
• Promoting company's transactional offers.
