Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the business of Indirect Applied Equipment as part of an emergent team responsible for expanding the sales network through Channel Partners and Distributors for our Applied Equipment (Mini Chillers, Heat Pumps, Airside Products, etc.) business in India to achieve high growth aligned to the strategy.
  • Drive business development and enable capabilities of Channel Partners and Distributors to sell the YORK exclusive chillers product line.
  • Position the YORK Variable Water Flow system as a better alternative to conventional VRF for end customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Distributor Design and Project Teams to lead opportunities to closure.
  • Achieve annual revenue and margin targets for Channel and Distributor Sales in defined markets.
  • Identify, engage, and enable sub‑dealers of the distributor to cover wider markets and meet sales targets.
