Channel Sales

【Job Objective】
By establishing and managing local channel partners (including general agents, and agents/distributors at all levels), drive the sales and adoption of WPS 365 commercial services in Southeast Asia, accelerate growth in key industries and countries, and develop replicable best practices.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Channel Planning & Execution
Develop regional channel Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, identify and select high-potential partner types aligned with WPS 365 business objectives.
Collaborate with business leaders in key countries (Singapore/Malaysia) to design and pilot channel cooperation models, including channel tiering, profit sharing mechanisms, incentive policies, and joint bidding processes, to rapidly establish a replicable benchmark partnership model.
2. Channel Partner Recruitment & Management
