Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the event content plan: develop and manage brochures, one‑pagers, booth screens, videos, demos, session slides, and digital assets for in‑person and virtual events.
- Build and maintain content toolkits (templates, modules, messaging snippets) with proper metadata, tagging, and version control for easy reuse.
- Support executive client engagement materials (briefing books, tailored case studies, follow‑up emails) and coordinate approvals with brand, legal, and compliance.
- Partner with creative teams on asset production (copy, design, video edits), ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Coordinate event logistics inputs for content (specs, deadlines, run‑of‑show, print/digital delivery) and manage checklists/QA prior to go‑live.
- Use AI tools to draft abstracts, session descriptions, recap summaries, and asset variations—apply human review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
