Channels Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the complete supply chain function for electronic components including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Manage sourcing of electronic components, semiconductors, PCB assemblies, and related materials. Build strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers/vendors. Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and customer commitments. Drive cost optimization, supplier negotiations, and process improvements. Monitor inventory levels and reduce excess/obsolete inventory. Collaborate with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Finance teams for demand planning and forecasting. Handle import/export operations, compliance, and documentation.
