Chapter Lead for Test Coordination

As the Chapter Lead for Test Coordination UAT at Allianz, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing a team of UAT professionals within the Benelux team, while driving excellence in test coordination across the organization. You will oversee resource allocation, address skill gaps, and ensure alignment with the staffing needs of the central portfolio management team and stakeholders.

In addition to being a people manager, you will act as a delivery expert, coordinating end-to-end UAT planning and execution, establishing reporting frameworks, and ensuring that deliverables meet organizational standards.
