Your Role Would Include:

• Communicate, maintain good rapport, and provide a good customer service experience to parents/customers.
• Manage and lead the operations of the centre.
• Motivate the team and work closely to build a strong team.

The Ideal Candidates Should Have:

• A Degree in any discipline.
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the capacity of a manager. Those with working experience in customer service, PR, mass communication or hospitality industry are encouraged to apply.
