Character Artist

** We're looking for Character Designers and Concept Artists (2D) **

We are looking for long-term creative partners to build the visual world of THE BLUE LIGHT. First you will work on a 90 second-pilot. Once greenlit, we would like you to become part of the creative team for the whole series.

THE PROJECT

THE BLUE LIGHT is an animated dystopian thriller series, set in a sandstorm-ravaged London where liquid dreams allow people to escape reality, and a trained dreamwalker can jump between consciousnesses to solve mysteries.

Visual worlds:

• Reality: Orange/pink brutalist London. Rigid geometry. Landmarks half-buried in sand. Oppressive and suffocating.
• Dreamscape: Blue liquid memories. VHS grain, analog degradation, impossible physics. Nostalgic and melting.
• Characters: Bold linework, solid shadows, limited palettes. Mature, iconic, immediately memorable.
