Charge Nurse

Charge nurse provides leadership in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in specific units assigned to her during her shift. She is responsible in ensuring that agreed standards and all regulatory requirements are complied with. He/she manages all the assigned staff, equipment and material resources in the unit. Ensures that continuity of care with other shifts and teamwork are maintained and promoted all the time.

Qualifications:.

• Must be a Registered Nurse in the Philippines.
• Must have at least 2 years hospital experience as Staff Nurse.
• Physically, psychologically and emotionally fit to work.
• With skills in office suites/ applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• With effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with diverse populations.
• Successfully completed the Preceptorship Seminar is an advantage.
• Must have an updated training on BLS and IV Therapy.
