Virtual Staffing Solutions is currently looking for Charge Posters who will be responsible for accurately posting medical charges, payments, and adjustments into the billing system while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and accurately post patient charges, insurance payments, and adjustments into the billing system.
• Verify patient and insurance information to ensure billing accuracy.
• Process and reconcile daily charges and payments against system reports.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, denials, or posting errors in coordination with the billing team.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• At least 1 year of BPO experience is required.
• Prior exposure to or knowledge of U.S. healthcare processes is an advantage.
