Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Charge Sister to lead and support the nursing team within their facility. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations, ensuring high standards of resident care, and assisting with the smooth running of the healthcare unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff and caregivers


• Ensure high standards of patient care and resident wellbeing are maintained


• Administer medication and oversee treatment plans where required


• Monitor residents’ health conditions and respond to medical emergencies


• Assist with staff scheduling, handovers, and shift coordination
