Job Description

A well-established Client of ours is looking for a an enthusiastic Chargehand Fitter Shaft & Winder to join their team in the Northern Cape. The main task of this position is to assist the Foreman Mechanical Winders in all the surface areas and maintenance on Winders. The appointed will have to ensure safe and effective operation of the shaft winder for the haulage of ore, materials and people during the shift.

Requirements:

•Fitter Trade Test Certificate.

•Grade 12

•N3 Certificate (Engineering Studies)

•Certificate Winder and Ropes

•Knowledge on JDE, QlikView and Isometrix

•3 years’ post apprenticeship as Fitter in heavy industrial, winder, mining and plant environment

•1-year Supervisory experience
