Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance works for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil building services as per work orders.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain Low Voltage (LV) systems, including lighting, electrical equipment, earthing systems, UPS, and generator sets.
• Perform periodic inspections and testing of LV systems in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements.
• Monitor electrical equipment performance, attend to breakdowns, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Ensure efficient operation of building services systems, including power distribution, air-conditioning, fire protection, water supply, and standby generators.
• Maintain safety and security of all plant rooms, including LV switch rooms, chiller plants, pump rooms, and generator rooms.
