Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance works for electrical services as per work orders.
• Maintain and monitor Low Voltage (LV) systems, including lighting, electrical equipment, and distribution boards.
• Perform regular inspection and testing of LV systems in compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga requirements.
• Attend to and rectify electrical breakdowns and faults promptly to ensure minimal disruption.
• Operate and maintain standby generator sets, UPS, and earthing systems.
• Support maintenance of ELV systems and related electrical components.
• Ensure smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems, including power supply, lighting, fire protection, air-conditioning, and water systems.
• Monitor and safeguard electrical and mechanical rooms, ensuring safety and proper access control.
