Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and prepare handover and daily operation reports.
• Monitor and operate BMS / EMS to ensure building systems run properly.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for LV systems, HT rooms, and generator sets.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults to minimise disruption to tenants.
• Respond to alarms, abnormal operations, and emergencies, including after office hours when required.
• Attend to tenant complaints related to electrical and building systems professionally.
• Carry out daily inspections, rounds, and readings, and raise maintenance work orders when needed.
• Supervise contractors and ensure Permit to Work (PTW) and safety requirements are complied with.
• Conduct periodic testing of generators, chillers, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other teams and provide support for site operations.
