Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the registered Competent Person (Chargeman B0, 11kV) with Suruhanjaya Tenaga for Mercu UEM, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Assist the Facilities Manager in developing and implementing facilities management policies and standard operating procedures in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of 11kV switch rooms, transformers, busduct systems, gensets, and related electrical installations in accordance with ST requirements.
• Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on HT panel switchgears, transformers, low voltage equipment, and standby generator sets as per schedule.
• Lead the Hard Services Team (Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil technicians) in managing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance works.
