Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with electrical installation standards and cost control.
• Supervise infrastructure vendors and enforce PPE & safety compliance.
• Oversee daily electrical system maintenance, energy consumption, and green building requirements.
• Identify equipment issues, ensure timely corrective maintenance, and report urgent defects.
• Plan, monitor, and report monthly Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Provide 24/7 call support for breakdowns and ensure emergency maintenance personnel availability.
• Prepare and submit monthly operational and technical reports to management.
• Arrange meetings, manage documents, and support audits (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS
• Manage vendor approvals and liaise with authorities for site entry.
• Handle purchase requisitions, petty cash, and utility payments.
