**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Represents department on projects.
+ Assists with research, documentation, and testing for projects.
+ Provides assistance on process improvements efforts.
+ Assists with requirements gathering for projects.

+ Assists in creating and maintaining internal project management tools.
+ Maintains documentation and communications.
+ Receives training in project management methodology.
+ Provides administrative support to assigned project management teams.
+ Assists in understanding business impacts associated with initiatives.
+ Assists in the creation of Business Case documents to communicate and prioritize initiatives.
+ Understands the functions completed by the new accounts and grants processors and provides support as capacity requires.
