Battlefield Equipment Rentals is seeking a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in Charlottetown, NB. This full-time role offers opportunities to support and maintain critical equipment for construction projects.
As part of our skilled service team, your contributions will help keep our rental fleet and customer machinery in excellent condition. With a focus on safety and reliability, you’ll take on various repair and maintenance tasks. This role is suitable for both experienced mechanics and those currently training as apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
• Adjust and replace components using various tools
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs
• Test equipment post-repair to ensure performance
• Generate service documentation accurately
Requirements:
• 3rd or 4th year apprentice or experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic
• Strong customer service orientation
• Familiarity with CAT systems is a plus
