Charter Sales Associate (Cargo)

As a Charter Sales Associate (Cargo), you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for generating revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients and leads through outbound calls. This office-based role requires individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a drive to achieve targets. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers an incentive system to motivate and reward high performance. Even though office timings are 9-5 but working hours can vary depending on the work, they are usually long. Late finishes are a common part of the job due to the pressure to achieve targets.
