Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head – Accounts & Finance to lead and manage the company’s entire finance and accounting function. The role will oversee financial operations, statutory and internal audits, regulatory compliance, and investor relations while ensuring strong financial controls and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function of the company
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and cash flow management
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and listing requirements applicable to a BSE SME listed entity
