DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee the Audit activities of in-charge auditors assigned to review organizations or functions falling within his area of responsibility, as well as provide training/assistance to Internal Audit staff.
· Conduct end-to-end internal audits across business units and subsidiaries & Branches.
· Assess the efficiency of operational and financial procedures and recommend improvements. Evaluate internal controls, risk exposures, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Prepare and present clear audit reports with actionable insights to senior management
