Job Description
We are a Pakistan-based Single Member Company (SMC) providing estimation services to US clients. We need a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) to handle our compliance needs on a per-task basis.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Chartered Accountant – ICAP member with valid practice certificate
Able to issue auditor's certificate under Section 70 of Companies Act 2017
Experience with SMCs and small services businesses
Familiarity with FBR IRIS portal and SECP eServices
SCOPE OF WORK:
FORM 9 CASH ALLOTMENT CERTIFICATE (One-time – Urgent)
• Auditor's certificate for share capital verification (cash allotment filing with SECP)
SECP FORM A (Annual)
• Annual Return filing with audited financial statements
FBR INCOME TAX RETURN (Annual)
• Company tax return filing
• Basic tax planning advice (optional)
