Job Description

                    Chartered Accountant (Contracting / Construction / Real Estate)  Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA)  
Must have prior experience in a contracting, construction, or real estate company 
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferred) 
Strong knowledge of project costing, financial reporting, and budgeting 
In-depth understanding of UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations 
Experience in handling audits, compliance, and financial controls 
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software 
Strong analytical and leadership skills 
Immediate joiners will be preferred 
PREFERRED NATIONALITY HYDERABADI  
Salary between 6000 – 7000 AED
