What You'll Do:

• Communicate with customers through messaging platforms, ensuring responses are clear, courteous, and solution-focused.
• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information based on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions in internal systems to ensure proper tracking and follow-up when needed.
• Meet productivity and quality standards while managing multiple written conversations efficiently.

Who We're Looking For:

• College graduate or completed at least a 2-year course
• Minimum of 3 months customer-facing or BPO experience required
