**ABOUT THE COMPANY**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**
The Chat Support Agent monitors and responds to inbound messages appropriately according to SOP’s.
By combining human expertise and AI efficiency, the Agent will support the automation process to ensure that potential customers (leads) are able to complete the desired action successfully and all other inquiries are handled properly.
The Chat Support Agent will deliver an enhanced customer service experience and a seamless handover in conjunction with the AI chatbot.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Promptly respond (within 10 minutes of notification) to leads and assist in booking appointments for professional photography and media studios.
- Answer inbound messages and properly field inquiries based on SOP’s.
- Provide excellent and personalized customer service through professional, engaging and friendly assistance.
