About the role

As a Chat Support and Sales Associate at JET Enterprises Incorporated, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through our online chat platform. In this full-time role based in Manila City, Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering support, resolving inquiries, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services.
