Chat Support Customer Experience Manager

Location: Taguig / Hybrid

What You'll Do

  • Lead Chat Support Supervisor + agents
  • Own CSAT, response time, and resolution rate
  • Reduce ticket volume through automation & better systems
  • Build SOPs, QA, and performance dashboards
  • Work with Ops & Marketing to fix root-cause issues
  • Forecast hiring needs as we scale

What We're Looking For

  • minimum 2 years in Customer Experience / Support leadership
  • Managed 5–20 agents in fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven and systems-oriented
  • Ecommerce or D2C experience preferred
  • Startup mindset: proactive, accountable, solution-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
