Chat Support Customer Experience Manager
Location: Taguig / Hybrid

What You'll Do
- Lead Chat Support Supervisor + agents
- Own CSAT, response time, and resolution rate
- Reduce ticket volume through automation & better systems
- Build SOPs, QA, and performance dashboards
- Work with Ops & Marketing to fix root-cause issues
- Forecast hiring needs as we scale
What We're Looking For
- minimum 2 years in Customer Experience / Support leadership
- Managed 5–20 agents in fast-paced environment
- Data-driven and systems-oriented
- Ecommerce or D2C experience preferred
- Startup mindset: proactive, accountable, solution-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
