Working Hours & Shifts
8 working hours + 1-hour meal break
24-hour rotational shifts
5 working days & 2 off days per week
Earliest shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Latest shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM4,001
KPI Allowance: Up to RM800 (based on performance & T&C)

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via chat, email, and call-backs.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Maintain professional, polite, and customer-focused communication.
Record customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately.
Meet individual and team KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
