We are hiring for a Non-Voice Account (Chat/Email/Back Office Support). No calls required

Qualifications:

• Open to all educational attainment
• With or without BPO experience (Newbie-friendly)
• Good written English skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and email
• Provide accurate information and resolve concerns
• Update customer records and meet performance targets
