Position Details

Job Title: English + another language Chat Customer Support Specialist

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages is required:
• French, Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Farsi (Persian), Urdu, Turkish, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Bahasa (Indonesian), Malay, Thai, or Vietnamese.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Capability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Handle company requests via chat, email, and occasionally calls.

Salary and Benefits:

• Base pay: Approximately €600/month, based on working hours (€3.75/hour).
• Work schedule: 2 working days / 2 days off (12 hours/day).
