About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES' as a Chat/Email Support - Non-Voice Agent. In this full-time role based in Pampanga Central Luzon, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through written communication channels, including chat and email.

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email in a prompt and professional manner
2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently
3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
4. Providing updates and feedback to customers throughout the resolution process
5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
