What you'll be doing

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service via phone and live chat
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams as needed
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and document resolutions
