Job Description1. As the company's QR contact window, understand customer quality document requirements and prepare necessary materials in advance for new product introductions.
2. Coordinate internal and external resources to conduct failure analysis on product anomalies, propose improvement plans, and output analysis reports.
3. Identify root causes based on actual analysis conclusions, help customers improve product yield, and conduct on-site investigations when necessary.
4. Overall assessment of products defect rates and defects, and propose product improvement suggestions.Requirement1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a science or engineering background, and fluent in spoken and written English.
2. Experience with automotive products, familiar with TS16949 and AEC standards, and proficient in quality management methods and writing 8D reports.
3. At least 4 years of experience in the telecommunications hardware industry as a FAE, TE, or PE professional.
