Job Description
The Checker is responsible for monitoring, verifying, and documenting hauling activities within the mining or quarry operation. The position ensures the accuracy of Delivery Receipts (DRs), validates truck and load details, and supports operational control, production monitoring, and compliance with company and site regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Verify and check the accuracy and completeness of Delivery Receipts, including truck plate number, driver name, material type, estimated volume, source, destination, and date/time of hauling.
Confirm that the actual dump truck and load correspond to the details indicated in the Delivery Receipt.
Monitor and record the number of trips per truck per shift or day.
Ensure Delivery Receipts are properly signed by authorized personnel and free from alterations or unauthorized entries.
