Checker Grade 1

Introduction Medilogistics is looking for a fresh and energetic Checker Grade 1 to join their team at Richards Bay. This individual will be responsible for QA with Supervisor of the consolidated bags per region and will be reporting to the Logistics Manager.

Job Function:

• Sorting of parcels from the conveyor belt
• Loading parcels into their respective parcel bins
• Scanning of all freight received for different branches on the Freight Ware System
• Packing of parcels into console bags
• Sorting of Same day and oncology parcels into their respective bins
• Receive Special Meds and bin them accordingly
• Ensure Manifest corresponds with the number of parcels in the bin
• Handover parcels and Manifest to the couriers
• Labelling or marking console bags according to the destination Hub
