-Works closely and act as a witness of the Storage Man to ensure that ice blocks received for storage keeping (and later on for sales distribution) are within the standard parameters of the good ice blocks

-Maintains daily inventory and conducts daily physical count of ice storage stocks after each shift

-Front liner to assist the walk-in clients

-Assist the order booking done for non-walk-in clients

-Double checks the quantity released to the clients are correct

-Issues receipts and accepts payments from the clients

-Prepares Incident Report for instances when ice blocks in the storage are melted, had breakages or other reportable incidents that may lead to ice classification as sub-standard

-Prepares Incident Report for instances that affects orders and delivery

-Prepares the Daily Sales Report and submits these reports directly to accounting for consolidation
