Self-motivated and results-driven
These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:
Minimum of 1 year kitchen/cookery experience - Essential
Experience in working in a fast paced team - Essential
Guest service experience - Essential
Certificate qualification in Commercial Cookery 
Food safety course/training - Desirable
