Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with established recipes and business standards
• Ensuring food quality, consistency and portion control at all times
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assisting with menu preparation and food planning as required
• Monitoring stock levels and assisting with the correct storage of food supplies
• Working collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient daily operations
