Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in line with menu specifications and established recipes
• Planning and developing menu items in collaboration with management
• Estimating food and labour costs and assisting with stock ordering and control
• Monitoring the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
• Demonstrating advanced cooking techniques and advising on cooking procedures
• Ensuring food is stored, handled and prepared in compliance with food safety standards
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas and storage facilities
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and workplace health and safety requirements
