About the Role 
Wests Mayfield is on the lookout for a passionate Casual Chef  to join our friendly and talented catering team. 

You’ll work across our popular Bistro and the much-loved Texas Grill Restaurant, where the menu is bursting with flavour - from slow-smoked ribs and wings to prime-grade steaks, burgers, pizzas, and classic sides (not to mention desserts!). Our Bistro offers all the club favourites plus weekly specials that keep things fresh and exciting. 

Your day-to-day will include: 
Preparing and serving high-quality meals with care and consistency. 
Completing prep sheets and ensuring all food is stored to hygiene standards. 
Assisting other sections during busy service periods. 
Setting up and closing service areas. 
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace. 
Disposing of waste safely and appropriately.
