The Position
Based in Brisbane area you will be responsible for the direction and leadership of the onsite catering team.

You will be responsible for the provision of catering services focusing on quality menu design, food preparation and service, innovation, an awareness of food trends and industry standards, nutrition, customer service and satisfaction.

Supported by a team of loyal and committed staff you will be responsible in coordination for the operational and financial performance of this business.
