Chef - Cater Care

The Role:

Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint a full-time Site Manager on a 3 month contract (opportunity to convert to permanent) to lead our aged care residence in Newcastle.

Roster: Monday to Friday. Hours vary to be across multiple points of service throughout the day/week.

Salary: $90,000 plus super

• Management of all site contract-scoped catering services
• Adherence to compliance and administration requirements as required
• Impeccable client relationship management
• Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
• Full financial performance and P&L responsibility with a focus on labour and food costs
• Adherence to food & safety practices
