Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to approved menus and portion standards.
Execute daily food production for high-volume service environments.
Ensure food quality consistency across all assigned outlets.
Maintain strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Follow standardized recipes and costing controls.
Coordinate with supervisors on daily production requirements.
Manage proper food storage and inventory rotation.
Minimize food waste through portion and yield control.
Support menu adjustments based on client requirements.
Assist in kitchen setup for new or rotating outlets.
Ensure cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
