Chef / Cook/ Restaurant manager required

Kalavara Indian Restaurant is looking for a full time Chef specialised in Indian cuisine at Browns plains (Brisbane) and Helensvale, (Gold coast). Kalavara restaurant is a well-established business specialised in Indian cuisine.

Chef - $75,000.00 to 78,000 Plus Superannuation

As our Chef/cook, you will be responsible for:

1. Knowledge of all recipes, standards, portion sizes and presentation styles of dishes produced within the kitchen
2. Discuss issues with the manager and other staff and monitor the preparation and presentation of the dishes,
3. Managing food rotation, hygiene and occupational health and safety
4. Have knowledge of Menu planning
