Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum

Role: Full time

Location: Wollongong NSW 2500

Main Duties:

· Preparing and cooking meals, managing portions, and ensuring dishes meet quality and presentation standards.

· Designing menus in collaboration with management based on customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and the restaurant’s theme, and ensuring compliance with dietary needs and food standards.
