The ideal candidate will help maintain our hotel's strong reputation by

delivering high-quality cuisine to our valued guests. This role requires a commitment of at

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepared and plated

According to the menu, and working on different sections (Grill, Fryers,

Larder and Pass) from time to time as per the business demand.

2. Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and cleanliness at

all times. Daily execution of the cleaning schedule to ensure compliance with

council regulations.
